Gut Gardening: Day 3

6:00 a.m. — Coffee. No news podcasts this morning. Changing up my morning routine. Watched more of Courage to Run and checked email. I got matched with a therapist on BetterHelp and scheduled my first appointment with her for Saturday. Feeling good and hopeful.

7:00 a.m — Yoga.

8:00 a.m. — Scrambled eggs with “Mexican blend” cheese. Water.

2:00 p.m. — Lactose-free yogurt with blueberries. Tulsi tea.

5:00 p.m. — Zuchinni pasta with chicken and Prego sensitive sauce. 2 dates for dessert.

7:00 p.m. — Banza mac with broccoli and chicken.
